Booking information

When you submit a booking request, we collect the passenger full names and passport information you provide, your WhatsApp/contact number, hotel or accommodation details, flight information, transfer date and route details, and any booking notes you add.

If you use the planner, hotel and flight details used to prefill the booking form may appear in your browser's page URL and history.

Submitting a request does not by itself confirm a transfer. Availability and pickup details are confirmed separately through WhatsApp.

How we use it

We use booking information to process your requested airport transfer, communicate booking details, coordinate pickup and drop-off, and handle related support.

How long we keep it

Booking-related customer data is normally retained for up to 6 months for operational purposes. Some information may be kept longer where genuinely required for legal, accounting, regulatory or dispute reasons.

Services involved

Booking requests are delivered by email using Resend and received in our booking email inbox. When you continue a conversation through WhatsApp, that communication takes place through WhatsApp. The website also displays an embedded Google Map, which can receive technical information when it loads. Website hosting infrastructure may process technical request information needed to serve the site.

Analytics and your choice

Optional analytics operates only when it is configured and after you accept it. When enabled, we use Google Analytics 4 for page views; the page URLs and referrers we provide omit query strings and fragments. Rejecting optional analytics does not prevent booking, and essential site functions do not depend on accepting analytics.

You can accept or reject optional analytics and change your preference later using the Privacy / Cookie Settings control in the footer. The preference is stored in your browser; it contains only your choice, a version and the time of your choice. No booking information is stored in this preference.
